Gratuliere zum erfolgreichen Start der Baclofen-Therapie. Idealerweise sollte sich im weiteren Verlauf „Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber Alkohol“ einstellen, d.h. ohne „hin und wieder noch sehr starken Suchtdruck“. Vielleicht musst Du die Dosis noch etwas erhöhen. Zur Erinnerung: Die durchschnittliche maximale Dosierung zur Erreichung dieses Ziels liegt in Frankreich bei ca. 150 mg/Tag. Und das sind wohlgemerkt keine Kamikaze-Selbstmedikationen sondern von erfahrenen Ärzten begleitete Therapien. In Deutschland beträgt die durchschnittliche maximale Dosierung nur etwa die Hälfte. Kurios: Dabei sind die Erfolgsquoten in beiden Ländern durchaus vergleichbar. [pardon]

Geduld brauchst Du natürlich auch. Von einer „Heilung“ würde ich erst nach ca. einem Jahr sprechen. Aber einen super Start hast Du schon mal hingelegt, Respekt.

Bac wird dir helfen es braucht seine zeit, aber mit viel Wille und Durchhaltevermögen kannst du es schaffen.

Ich kann nur für mich sprechen, ich komme mit BTMlern immer gut aus. Habe selbst Jahrelang Koks u Opiate konsumiert, bin aber letztendlich auch auf alk hängen geblieben. Komischerweise habe ich keine ernsthaften Probleme gehabt, mit den il. Drogen auf zu hören. Beim Alk hat es leider nicht geklappt!!! Meinen letzten Rückfall kannst du hier nach lesen.

Auf Anraten meiner Schwester(MTA) bin ich aber doch noc mal zu meinem Hausarzt und sprach offen mit Ihm. er würde mir sofort Baclofen verschreiben. Super, Therapie gesichert. Außerdem meinte er, dass Distraneurine mich wieder in die Tablettensucht bringen könnte und verschrieb mir noch Clonidin gegen die Entzugserscheinungen. Also ab nach Hause und nach dem mit der Dosierung begonnen.5mg/5mg/5mg/5mg plus 3x am Tag 1 kapsel 75 mg Clonidin. Getrunken habe ich unverändert und nach einer Woche mit dem Entzug zuhause begonnen. Also Baclofen auf 10mg/5mg/5mg/10mg plus Tagsüber 3 x Clonidin und Abends (Craving bei mir immer unerträglich) 3 Kapseln Distra. Nun bin ich schon 2 1/2 Wochen trocken und clean. Distra ausgeschlichen (ohne Nebenwirkung) Clonidin ausgeschlichen und Bac Dosis momentan auf 10mg/10mg/25mg/25mg. hin und wieder noch sehr starken Suchtdruck aber das Bac hilft auf jeden Fall schon ein wenig. Wer fragen hat, kann sich gerne an mich wenden. Ich hoffe Ihr kommt auch mit einem Drogie hier im Forum klar. Hoffe auf eine schöne Zeit.
