so, jetzt gehts mal wieder weiter. War am WE nicht im Forum, das lag aber nicht am Bac, sondern daran, dass ich meinen PC neu organisiert habe. Habe meine Festplatte neu partioniert und mein Systemimage zurückgespielt und Updates, etc. Bin ja nebenher auch noch so ein PC-Bastler... [blum]

Mit Bac siehts gerade folgendermaßen aus. Freitag und Samstag 2 x 6,25 mg. Eine nenneswerte Veränderung habe ich nicht gespürt. Gestern dann 2 x 12,5 mg (mittags und am frühen abend). NW hab ich bislang nicht wirklich festgestellt. Saufgedanken hatte ich aber auch keine. HAbe mir dann mal bewusst versucht vorzustellen, wie es wäre, wenn ich jetzt was trinken würde. Ich bin zu dem Ergebnis gekommen, dass ich wahrscheinlich nicht mehr aufhören würde. Es war aber so, dass ich sowieso lieber nen Kaffee wollte. Andererseits weiß ich jetzt nicht, ob ich mich ohne das Bac groß anders gefühlt hätte.
Generell ist es bei mir so, dass ich bei allen möglichen Medis meistens wenig NW habe, was natürlich im Falle von Benzos wieder suchtfördernd ist. Deshalb nehme ich auch keine. Beim Ansetzen von Venlafaxin (was ich morgens nehme, deshalb kein Bac morgens), hatte ich mal 2 Tage NW und fühlte mich ein wenig druff. Ich fands geil. Ich weiß natürlich nicht, ob es Wechselwirkungen zwischen Bac und Venlafaxin gibt.

Mir gehts gut, bin jetzt ein wenig müde, wir haben jetzt aber auch schon 22:30 Uhr. War aber den ganzen Tag sehr ausgeglichen.

Bei mir haben sich derbe Abstürze immer abgewechselt mit Zeiten, wo ich halbwegs moderat getrunken habe. Meine Suchtentwicklung lief langsam und schleichend über einen sehr langen Zeitraum. Es gab allerdings nie eine Trockenzeit.
Die 28jährige in dem Film hat mit Sicherheit einige Jahre richtig massiv getrunken. Jeden Tag zwei Pullen Wodka wirken wohl noch anders. Ich hielt mich überwiegend an Bier und Wein und soff so für den letzten Kick dann noch was hartes. Ich wusste genau, warum ich mich so verhielt. Sobald ich an der Wodka-Pulle nuckelte soff ich sie leer und noch einige Bier dazu. Ein Entzug davon war grausam und das hatte ich einige Male durch.
