ich bin gerade auf diesen Thread gestossen und fände es toll zu wissen, wie es weiter gegangen ist.

Was haben die Ärzte in der Charité gesagt?

Wie schnell hast du Baclofen abgesenkt und bei welcher Tages-Dosis bist du jetzt?

Hast du immer noch kein Bedürfnis nach Alkohol?

Und wie lange hattest du vorher schon nichts mehr getrunken?

Unabhängig von dem Aspekt der Schwangerschaft würden deine Antworten mir und bestimmt auch vielen anderen hier weiter helfen.

Ich habe mal geschaut und während der Schwangerschaft ist Baclofen nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich habe zwei Artikel zu Anwendungsgebiet / Schwangerschaft gefunden wo du es nach lesen kannst. Aber das sicherste ist du fragst deinen Arzt/in.
Diese/er wird dir bestimmt genau sagen können was in deinem Fall zu machen ist.

Ich nehme seit März 2018 Baclofen. Zu Beginn mit einer sehr hohen Dosis (über 300mg) in schneller Zeit aufdosiert, da ich das Gefühl hatte das es nicht wirkt. Darunter hatte ich allerdings sehr viele Nebenwirkungen, sodass ich es langsam (über ein Jahr) wieder reduziert habe auf den aktuellen Wert von 100mg am Tag.

Erst nach zwei Jahren der Einnahme hat sich mein Bedürfnis Alkohol zu konsumieren stark reduziert. Zum Schluss viel mir auf, je weiter ich die Dosis reduzierte, desto besser konnte ich meine Abstinenz einhalten.
Zurzeit hab ich gar kein Bedürfnis mehr Alkohol zu trinken und habe keinerlei Nebenwirkungen.
Damit bin ich überglücklich gewesen, nach Jahrelangem Alkoholmissbrauch.
Jetzt habe ich allerdings ein riesiges Problem:
Meine Spirale hat nicht gehalten und ich weiß seit gestern, dass ich schwanger bin. [shok]
Ich habe jetzt große Angst, wie sich das Baclofen auf den Fetus auswirkt und ich kann nicht von heute auf morgen die Einnahme einstellen.
Ich habe direkt Gestern schon die Dosis von 100mg auf 95mg reduziert. Leider ist es lange her, dass ich auf und abdosiert habe, sodass ich die Regeln dafür nicht mehr kenne.
Ich würde jetzt alle 7 Tage 5mg reduzieren das wären allerdings 19 Wochen :heulen:
Ich habe erst morgen einen Arzt Termin und meine Zweifel, dass die Gynäkologin damit Erfahrung hat.
Über eine Hilfe oder vielleicht Erfahrungen wäre ich unendlich dankbar. [help]
