Schippe auf'n Kopp kloppen, weil *grübel* was? Welches Eimerchen hat Fets dir geklaut? Abgesehen von Verletzung der Nettiquette, die Bestandteil der Forenregeln ist, hilfst du damit niemandem. Fets hat seine Meinung und Erfahrung gepostet, NICHT zur Nachahmung aufgerufen oder eine Empfehlung gegeben.
Für mein Dafürhalten wäre eine fette Entschuldigung wegen deines Tons sehr angebracht.
Danach würde ich mich dann auch auf dich und deine Geschichte einlassen, am besten stellst du die als eigenen thread unter Mitglieder stellen sich vor ein.
Ich nehme mal an, dir ist wegen "was auch immer" der Kragen geplatzt. Wär schön zu erfahren, warum.

Um die Lage Deines Partner genauer beurteilen zu können, Bedarf es noch reichlich weitere Informationen.
-Will er immer noch abstinent sein?
-Wie kam es, dass er wieder trank? Und warum hatte er vor dem damaligen ersten Trinken nicht Baclofen nachgeworfen?
-War es das Craving oder gab es damals einen Vorfall, dass er wieder zu trinken begann?
-Wie weit will er jetzt wieder aufhören zu trinken? Will er es wirklich?
-Was bewirkt bei ihm 180 mg Baclofen derzeit?
-Ist er in Behandlung oder macht er es auf Eigenversuch?
-Wieso postet er nicht selbst hier rein und lässt den Ballast bei Angehörigen hängen?

Fets hat es richtig geschildert mit der Schwelle. Und wichtig ist auch für alle anderen hier zu lesen: nehme Baclofen schon, wenn ihr betrunken seit!

Zu Deinen Fragen:
1)Das ist möglich, wenn er nicht bei 50 mg auf seinen Körper hört und dann zu trinken beginnt ohne ein Baclofen
mehr einzuwerfen. Das Wichtigste ist überhaupt bei der Baclofeneinnahme auf den Körper zu hören, WANN er es
braucht.
2)Es gibt keine Gewichts-/Körpergewichtseinnahme gegen das Suchtproblem. Die Angaben im Beipackzettel sind
nur Richtwerte, was soviel wie ungefähr gedeutet. Die Richtwerte im Beipackzettel richten sich für MS
Patienten aber nicht gegen Suchtpatienten. Wie ich schon mal hier schrieb: eine Patienten von Ameisen war mit
20 mg trocken eine kleine schmächtige ware mit 300 mg erst trocken.
