Eigentlich trinke ich immer nur abends, aber am WE auch schon mal tagsüber, vornehmlich Wein, aber zuviel. Ich nehme mir zwei Gläser vor, dann wird es doch ein Drittes und nicht selten mehr. Filmrisse kenne ich auch...Besuche ein Suchthilfezentrum und gehe zur Akupunktur, doch würde mir wünschen, das immer wieder auftretende Verlangen nach Alkohol in Griff zu bekommen und am Liebsten nach 1 - 2 Gläsern Ab und Zu ein Ende zu finden. Die Berichte aus Frankreich "diese Ameisensache..." hat mich angesprochen und es wäre doch einen Versuch wehrt. Vielleicht kann mir jmd. einen Tipp geben, welche Arzt in Hamburg offen für die Einnahme von Backofen ist, bevor ich irgendetwas aus dem Internet bestelle, von dem ich nicht weiß, ob und wie es wirkt.
