Bin weiblich, 39, und habe mich zu Bac entschlossen da ich es alleine nicht geschafft habe den Konsum langfristig zu reduzieren. Darüber hinaus zähle ich wohl zu den so gennanten Rauschtrinkern, sprich einmal angefangen, wird nicht mehr aufgehört. Ersten Vollrausch mit 13 gehabt und ich will gar nicht dran denken wie lange, oder besser kurz,meine alkfreien Tage seit dem am Stück waren. Noch funktioniere ich recht gut, und trinke nur Abends....1Flasche Wein am Abend geht problemlos...
Bac nehem ich seit 1 Woche und derzeit bei 5-10-10. Die Müdigkeit macht mir sehr zu schaffen und Muskelschmerzen habe ich auch...aber es hilft doppd . Zwar trinke ich ab und an 1-2 Gläser Wein, aber tatsächlich höre ich danach auf bzw. lasse das halbe Glas stehen weil ich einfach keinen Bock mehr darauf habe.
Ab morgen werde ich wieder Dosis etwas erhöhen. Und weiterhin berichten.
