Auch von mir ein herzliches Willkommen.
Ich gehöre zu den vielen, bei denen das "genussvolle, kontrollierte" Trinken nie geklappt hat. Auch nicht mir Baclofen, egal in welcher Dosierung. Dazu gehört dann wohl eine Menge Willenskraft, die bei mir nach dem ersten Glas stets ausgesetzt hat. Allein diese Willenskraft aufzubringen kostet soviel Kraft, dass es für mich zumindest (mit Baclofen!) leichter ist, nicht zu trinken als zu versuchen, nach einer gewissen Menge aufzuhören.
Aber ich will dich nicht entmutigen. Jeder ist anders bzw. Trinkt aus unterschiedlichen Beweggründen.
Wie auch immer wünsche ich dir viel Erfolg, bei dem, was du ändern möchtest. Letztendlich ist jedes Glas, jede Flasche weniger schon mal ein kleiner Erfolg.

Schön, dass Du Dich uns anvertraust, und gut, dass Du gegen Dein Problem bereits in relativ jungen Jahren (34) etwas unternehmen möchtest. Das Durchschnittsalter unserer Mitglieder und dasjenige von Patienten, welche Hilfe für ihr Alkoholproblem suchen, liegt nämlich deutlich höher (50 plus)

Arztvorschläge für Stuttgart habe ich soeben per Mail an <he********@gmx.net> auf den Weg gebracht. Falls dort nichts sichtbar ist, dann bitte auch mal im Spam-Ordner nachschauen, denn manchmal (selten) bleiben unsere Mails dort hängen.
