Und vor allem: Mache Dir wegen der gescheiterten Reha keine Selbstvorwürfe! Dutzenden, Hunderten, Tausenden, ach komm: Millionen von Leidensgenossen ging das genauso wie Dir! Bei so viel offenkundigem Misserfolg darf man sich dann schon mal fragen, wer da jetzt eben grad versagt hat: Der Patient oder die Therapie?

Versuche es mit Baclofen, damit sind Deine Chancen zur Überwindung der Alkoholsucht ungleich grösser, die erforderlichen Adressen hast Du ja jetzt. Es hat sich auch gezeigt, dass Baclofen gleichzeitig ausgezeichnete angstlösende Eigenschaften besitzt und dass in vielen Fällen dann die üblichen Antidepressiva abgesetzt oder zumindest erheblich reduziert werden können. Ich wünsche Dir jedenfalls ganz viel Erfolg bei Deinen weiteren Schritten.

Es gelingt mir nicht. Ich befinde mich gerade in dem Dilemma, dass ich mir deswegen Vorwürfe mache. Fühle mich als Versager, weil ich die Chance der Reha nicht genutzt habe auszusteigen.
Habe auch das Gefühl, dass mir die Antidepressiva nicht wirklich helfen. Ich merke keinen Unterschied.
Ich versuche meine Traurigkeit anzunehmen. Denke, dass sie ihren Grund hat. Ich habe sie bis zur Reha mit Frohsinn überdeckt. Dort wurde ich als schillernde Persönlichkeit empfunden. Davon ist jetzt nicht's mehr da. Ich bin einfach nur traurig, kann keine Freude mehr empfinden und lasse mich hängen.
Ich will kämpfen, aber genau dieser Kampf raubt mir Kraft.
Gut, dass ich hier ehrlich sein darf!
