Welche Dosis?]]> Etwas Produktives kann ich also nicht dazu beitragen, aber wenigstens bestätigen, dass es mir (ich habe auch etwas Angst / Panik) neben einem Antidepressivum nochmal zusätzlich hilft.

Herzlich willkommen im Forum [hi_bye] . Schön, dass Du da bist [smile] .

Meiner Erfahrung nach reicht bei bei Angst/Depression oftmals eine geringere Baclofen-Dosierung aus. Du machst nichts verkehrt, wenn Du das Medikament - angelehnt an die Alkoholbehandlung - langsam einschleichst. Dabei kannst Du Dich an den auf die jeweilige Tablettenstärke zugeschnittenen hier im Forum orientieren. Wenn Du Baclofen gut verträgst, kannst Du statt in 5-Tagesschritten auch in 3-Tagesschritten aufdosieren.

Gut möglich, dass eine Tagesdosis < 50 mg für Dich schon reicht. Du merkst selbst am besten, wann die Angst nachlässt. Das musst Du einfach ausprobieren. Baclofen ist auf alle Fälle die bessere und vor allem "gesündere" Alternative zu Benzos doppd .

Wenn Du magst, schnuppere mal in rein...ist absolut lesenswert!

also ich leide NICHT an einer Alkoholsucht, das mal vornweg.

Meine Leiden ist Depression, welche sich sehr stark in Angst zeigt. Also jegliche Angstsymptome, wie verkrampfung, tauber Kopf und viele weitere, immer untersetzt mit dem Gefühl der Angst.

Mein Arzt hat mir nun, per Telefon, den Versuch mit Baclofen vorgeschlagen und ich habe auch schon viel positives darüber gelesen und möchte dies auch machen. Nur hab ich jetzt vergessen zu fragen, welche Dosierung die richtige wäre und wie ich beginnen sollte. Mein Arzt ist jetzt leider im Urlaub und ich möchte nicht warten bis er wieder zurück kommt. Deshalb hoffe ich, dass mir hier jemand helfen kann.

[b]Mit welcher Dosis sollte ich beginnen, wie lange? Und welche Dosis sollte ich anstreben? Braucht es auch bei Angst/Depression die hohen Dosen von 200mg?
