Herzlich willkommen in unserem Gästeforum [hi_bye] ! Schön, dass Du da bist [smile] .

Baclofen ist ein Muskelrelaxans, es kann also durchaus zur Erschlaffung/Entspannung bestimmter Muskelpartien kommen. Wichtig ist, dass Du nicht zu schnell hoch dosierst. Kennst Du denn den oder die auf die jeweilige Tablettenstärke zugeschnittenen in unserem Forum?

Meiner Erfahrung nach ist die Muskelrelaxation in den Beinen aber selbst bei hoher Baclofen-Dosierung nicht so gravierend, dass sie einen im Alltag entscheidend einschränkt. Kritisch wird's bei gleichzeitig (hohem) Alkoholkonsum. Betrunken das Gleichgewicht zu halten kann schon schwierig sein...wenn dann auch noch die Muskeln nicht 100-prozentig "funktionieren"... [shok] ...kann's schon zu Stürzen kommen.

Baclofen wirkt halt individuell sehr verschieden. Ich würde das an Deiner Stelle einfach mal weiter beobachten. Und eben langsam aufdosieren. Glaube aber nicht, dass es gravierend schlimmer wird. Ist eben immer auch eine Gratwanderung: Was bin ich bereit, in Kauf zu nehmen, um ein Leben ohne oder mit weniger Alkohol führen zu können.

Und ehrlich: Mit mehr als 1,x Promille hast Du auch nicht mehr den sichersten "Stand"...Im Zweifelsfall kann auch ein bisschen Beinmuskulaturtraining Abhilfe schaffen... :wink: ...

hoffentlich bin ich hier überhaupt richtig^^
Also ich hab nun angefangen Baclofen zu nehmen und merke zunehmend, dass die Kraft in den Beinen nachlässt. Okay, teils ist das Sinn der Sache^^ aber kann diese Erscheinung im Laufe der nächsten Tage noch schlimmer werden? Oder bleibt es nach 1-2 Tagen auf dem gleichen Level?
