es gibt leider einen gewissen Prozent Satz an Menschen bei denen Baclofen leider nicht die gewünschte Wirkung hat.
Es gibt hier im Forum einige Erfahrungsberichte von Mitgliedern denen es genauso ging u.geht.

Ich hoffe für dich das du nicht zu der Gruppe der Non Responder gehörst.



Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere hat @Papfl dazu mal eine Studie hier eingestellt.
Ich finde sie aber im Moment nicht.

Wenn jemand die Studie findet dann posted doch bitte den link in Sari's Thread.

Das ging hin bis zu einer teilweise Gleichgültigkeit dem Alk gegenüber
Ein irres Gefühl
Allerdings hab ich nicht standgehalten und dosiere jetzt auch wieder höher
Bin jetzt bei 150 mg

Warum das bei dir nicht funktioniert , kann ich dir nicht sagen [pardon]
Da sind die Experten gefragt

Halte durch...es muss eine Erklärung geben

Anfang Februar habe ich angefangen, Baclofen zu nehmen und möchte jetzt nach 3 Monaten gerne einen Zwischenbericht abgeben, wie es mir in der Zwischenzeit ergangen ist.

Meine Dosierung ist jetzt: 8 Tabletten am Tag, d.h. 200 mg.
Nebenwirkungen: Anfängliche Atemprobleme sind verschwunden, habe kaum Nebenwirkungen außer: Schläfrigkeit. Wenn ich fit bin, kaum merkbar, wenn ich eh schon müde bin, kann es gefährlich werden z.B. beim Autofahren, da ich einfach viel eher zu Sekundenschlaf o.Ä. neige. Ich bin schreckhafter und geräuschempindlicher.

Wirkung (Reduktion des Suchdrucks): NULL

Ich schreibe diesen Bericht hauptsächlich deswegen, weil ich gerne möchte, dass alle, die sich für eine solche Therapie entscheiden oder sie schon begonnen haben, auch die Möglichkeit in Betracht ziehen sollten, dass es evtl. nicht die gewünschte Erleichterung bringt d.h. es kann sein, dass es nix bringen bringt. Außerdem würde ich die Baclofen Erfahrenen unter euch aber auch gerne fragen:

Ab wann hat bei euch die Wirkung (Reduktion des Suchtdrucks) eingesetzt und: wie hoch würdet ihr bei der Dosierung maximal gehen? Ich weiss, dass Dr. Ameisen bis 300 mg (?) gegangen ist und er erst dann eine Wirkung eingesetzt hat.

Ich würde mich über Meinungen/Ratschläge freuen.

ja, danke, das mache ich. Ich versuche, Geduld zu wahren und die Hoffnung nicht zu verlieren. Sehr beruhigend zu wissen, dass die Atemdepression womöglich wieder weggeht...das hab ich jetzt schon mehrfach gehört. Stimmt mich hoffnungsfroh.
